🚛 Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Amazon Transport Planner to join our remote team and manage operations across the German Amazon logistics network. This role requires deep knowledge of route planning, real-time operational management, and communication with drivers, Amazon ROC, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be managing up to 10 trucks (with/without trailers) and ensuring smooth, profitable logistics execution.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan efficient routes and lanes for trucks (ATS, box, curtain trailers, bobtails).
Ensure compliance with RLB and Amazon DEA impact avoidance requirements.
Monitor and maintain fuel cards, Maut toll systems, and Tacho compliance.
Update the Relay platform with schedule changes, delays, and reassignments.
Handle all Amazon case types, including:
✅ Rerouting and scheduling
✅ Bobtail and trailer management
✅ Delay/performance disputes
✅ Payment/accessorial issues
Act as the main contact for Amazon ROC for live issue resolution.
Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams.
Deliver weekly reports (Google Sheets/Excel/CSV) focused on profitability, submitted every Thursday.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
✅ In-depth knowledge of the German Amazon transport network.
✅ Proven experience in transport/fleet planning (up to 10 trucks).
✅ Familiarity with Relay, fuel cards, Maut systems, and EU Tacho rules.
✅ Strong problem-solving and rerouting skills.
✅ Independent, results-oriented, and performance-driven.
✅ Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and CSV reporting.
✅ Experience with German-registered trucks is preferred.

✅ Previous work with Amazon transport logistics.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
✅ Strong analytical mindset for operational tracking.
✅ Advanced English required.
