- Secure additional work by negotiating directly with clients or through load boards
- Handle live rerouting, trailer swaps, case management, and delays
- Ensure full Tacho compliance and monitor driver hours
- Communicate with customers via email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams
- Use Google tools for planning, documentation, and reporting
- Confidently operate within the VBS (Vehicle Booking System)
- Track and report weekly truck performance and profitability
π― Desired Experience:- Experience planning containers, fridge work, and Amazon Relay
- General haulage background
- Proven success in direct negotiations and client interaction
- Familiarity with blue-chip logistics operations and expectations
